We only process it because you choose to share it with us for the purpose of being matched with a clinic — that is, on the basis of your explicit consent. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
We work with patients worldwide and clinics in India, so your information may be processed in your country, in India, in the United States, and in the European Union. Wherever it is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy.
We keep consultation inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can support you through a treatment journey that often spans many months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
